Solid Product

Very pleased with the cover. The instructions could be improved - maybe a Youtube video. But…figured it out. Did have to retap some holes in my Jeep, but no big deal.

Looks good works great

I installed it and within the next few days had to drive two hours in a tropical storm (heavy rain and strong winds). All my gear stayed dry.

Some finish problems and unresponsive customer support

Cover is installed and doing the job. There were several screws on one of the side rails that had punched through the surface of the rail. I believe it is mostly cosmetic, but time will tell if it affects the waterproofing or structure. I reported this to customer service (with pix) along with a minor question on installation and never heard back on either. I resent the query a week later and still no response. A few weeks later, I got an email saying the ticket was being closed until I replied. I replied and still nothing. Not in my spam either.
