For the last few years I have suffered increasing pain on the tops ans sides of both my feet, resultingvin poor balance, pronation, and toe cramping. I did not realize these problems were caused by my extremely high arch and instep. I was losing my ability to work and exercise, and I was discouraged because foot exercises, massage, and pain remedies gave only a little relief. I dreaded the thought of losing my mobility at the young age of 70! While researching my specific foot pain patterns I came across information about the problems caused by high arches, as well as pictures of the Power Step high arch insole. I immediately ordered a pair with a small hope that they might help a little. I am amazed and astonished that after wearing them for only a week, my pain is almost completely gone! They were so stiff I wondered how they'd settle, after a week theyre formed very nicely to my foot with the arch holding strong. At first the change in the heel made the boot fit feel awkward, but quickly settled the heel cup to hold my foot nicely. I recommended them to my coworker, and will absolutely purchase again myself.
