It's pretty but….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really had high hopes for this oven. Love the blue interior but heating has been inconsistent and broil makes the oven smoke. Have had service (warranty) out and they claim they can't do anything so….

Flawed Paint Material

Very disappointed in how the paint is already peeling or disappearing from the bottom of the microwave door on this product that I've hardly used in just under 13 months of installation. Not sure why a manufacturer like Samsung would used a flawed material for an application that can not tolerate heat coming from the oven beneath in which it is attached.
