Broken right out of the box

I was hesitant to buy Samsung as I have a Frame TV that started experiencing screen issues 13 months after purchase (and 1 month after the warranty expires). It's a known issue that Samsung has neglected to address. That said, I saw this deal and the reviews and gave it a shot. The good news is that this TV didn't work immediately, saving me the time and hassle of having to file a warranty claim. There was a giant black square on the top right hand corner of the screen when turning on. I rebooted the system and then was unable to power it back on. Immediately started the return process and will never buy a Samsung TV again. At least Walmart is good about their policy, this review is not targeted towards Walmart. It's solely about the product.

My husband and I have called multiple times since picking up our television. we were NOT given the paperwork for the warranty package we purchased for an additional $50! i have called several times and had employees take my number down but i have yet to receive a phone call back.
