SAMSUNG 65” Class DU6900 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV UN65DU6900FXZA

This is the second Samsung I've purchased. My 55” has a better picture than this one. It's not a bad picture, but the resolution is not as crisp and the colors just don't pop as they do on my 55”. Also, I am not at all impressed with limited ports in the back. Three HDMI PORTS and a cable port simply doesn't cut it. I have an older stereo receiver and I cannot plug my stereo into this tv directly. I was forced to purchase a special converter to plug my stereo in that has an outgoing HDMI port in order to be able to use my sound system. I haven't received it yet and to be honest, if it doesn't work, I am most likely returning this tv to you.

I don't know if it was mishandled prior, or during shipping. But when I took it out of the box, the bottom part of the screen was crunched and slightly detaching from the frame. It arrived with the stands, power cord, and manual. But there was no remote control either. Getting the return started was easy, thank goodness. I plan to order another one in hopes that the next one won't be so damaged.
