The delivery driver, Austin, was courteous %26 friendly. i appreciated him setting my item just inside my front door as I'm handicapped %26 it would'a been difficult for me to move it inside. As for my purchase, the Samsung 55" smart TV, i still need to get a stand for it, but if it has a good picture/color, like the one in the store, I'm sure I'll be satisfied...

Product came in damaged and returning it was a hassle. Customer service was horrible. From returning item to trying to purchase new one in store. No one wanted to help me. Worst experience. I will not visit Walmart on Burkhardt Rd again. Rude employees and no “customer service” at all.

Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. I have wait and get my warranty. I set the TV, I turned it on to play. It played for 30 minutes, it turned off by itself and won't come back on. So I have to get someone to come look at it. I did all the troubleshooting I could do. Made no progress.

JoAnn,If your TV appears to turn off by itself, try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions. See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Settings > All Settings> General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer has been enabled and disable it. - Settings > All Settings> General > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off - Settings > All Settings> General > System Manager > Time > Off TimerIf the TV continues to turn off by itself continuously, please get in touch with Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week.
