EVEN PRETTIER THAN DEPICTED IN PHOTO

I'm so glad I took a chance and ordered this table lamp without the benefit of prior customer reviews. I was apprehensive because the base isn't ceramic, it's resin, I had no clue what resin is. Now that I've received the lamp, I like resin as much as I do ceramic, it's every bit as sturdy and high quality. The lamp was delivered by Fedex one day earlier than originally scheduled, well packed, received in pristine condition. The lamp is exactly as it's described, it looks exactly as it does in the photo, even prettier. At 100 watts (traditional light bulb), it gives the level of light I want. Don't be put off by minor assembly required, there's nothing to it --- pulling the cord through the base, screwing the light bulb socket into the base, putting the lamp shade on.
