Jamaican Fruit Cake (aka Black Cake - Pudding)
It was quite good… But since my mother and other relatives made this Jamaican fruit cake, my comparison is with the family recipe. To my taste, it needed more cherries and liquor. For some reason, I thought I was getting 2 pound cake for the price And it was a 1 pound cake, which made me feel it was pricey. With that said… And since my family does not make this black cake, aka Jamaica fruit cake aka pudding any longer, I would purchase it again.
