Adults: Shake well, 3 tablespoons full at any one mealtime or as directed by a doctor. Children 6 to 12 years old, 1/2 tablespoon full three times daily, at mealtime or directed by a doctor.
Instructions
Shake well. Adults (High-Potency Dose): 3 Tablespoonful at any mealtime for a therapeutic dosage of Iron, plus more than the minimum daily requirements of Vitamin B-1, B-2, and Niacinamide. Children (6 to 12 Years): 1/2 Tablespoonful three times daily, at mealtime. For Best Results: Take S.S.S. Tonic regularly according to the above directions to provide more than adequate intake of Iron, Vitamins B-1, B2 and Niacinamide, or as directed by a doctor.

life changing especially if you menstruate. I didn't know my energy levels could be so high without caffeine. the taste is pretty intense, I recommend taking a bite of food immediately after or drinking coffee, those two neutralize the taste most effectively in my experience. I only take it once a day unless it's during my cycle I might take it twice daily if I feel like I need it. definitely try it for the first time in the AM or you'll be awake all night
