I used this to make some of those scarfs that are supposed to keep you cool for hours. I followed the directions and made the scarf and left 2 7 inch openings and filled them with 1/4 tsp. of soil moist as the directions suggested. It did NOT stay cold. A waste of my time and money for this project. Well I'm going to use the rest in my garden.
