Been needing a glue gun in my Handyman Business. Read about Surebonder and the fact it was cordless and decided to give it a try. I have Makita and Milwaukee batteries and they were able to accommodate both with adapters. Does not get as hot as my electric gun but hopefully hot enough that I won't be able to tell the difference with the adhesive sticks I use. All in all I am satisfied at the moment with this purchase.

The Makita battery is very loose in the adapter. When you tilt the tool electrical contact is broken and the tool doesn't work. How do I return this?
