This pitcher is worth every penny. The walls are thick, the lid is thick %26 there are measurements along one side. I love everything about it except the height. It's ≈2" too tall to fit in my refrigerator. I was planning to use it to store cold drinks in my refrigerator. That means that I must return it %26 order a different pitcher. I recommend that you measure the space you plan to store/use the pitcher %26 if it'll fit, then this is a great purchase.

Sturdy pitcher with large handle and lid that fits well. 1 gallon or 3.8 litters, nice size now I can make twice the amount of tea at once. Dishwasher Safe…love that. I have washed it 3 times already, pitcher on bottom rack, lid on top rack. Washed nicely no issues. On the bottom of the pitcher it also states BPA free and made in the USA.

It was on sale and Rubbermaid. wow. Lid is pretty tight, it will drip when turned on side, but did not push lid out or pour. I don't care for the handle. It is like a hallow tube on the outside and doesn't sit well in my hand. What it was purchased for will not be a huge problem.
