Disappointed on Christmas

I purchased this bike for a Christmas present for my son. Upon arrival I didn't inspect it left the box untouched because my kids are less likely to mess with it. It had been sitting in the garage since early December and had my husband put it together Christmas Eve. We were disappointed that we didn't get the seat at all, I reached out Dec 28th (calls wouldn't go through finally email worked) and finally received the seat today. But it is supposed to come with a water bottle attached and am now missing that. Otherwise it's a beautiful kids bike.
