This is a vibrant paint marker set. Yes, it is actual paint, not just a marker. Just a few pumps to get it going the first time and you are set. We mainly use these to paint rocks and it covers nicely. Watch out for your clothes because it won't wash out.

acrylic markers are the way to go for adult coloring books... won't warp the pages or bleed thru thing pages... also you can pretty much go over any outline and repaint it if you want... allows you to "edit" the coloring page if you will... recommend trying it
