Grilling Again

This is a really good choice. The rotisserie works for whole chickens and roasts. The sear burner is perfect for a wood chip smoker box and still allows the other burners to cook things like ribs low and slow. I use heavy duty aluminum foil to keep the grease/ drip tray and the grease cup clean. I also use a wire brush in my cordless drill for the cast iron grates and while they are still warm, I wipe them with a little bacon grease. It's well worth the money.
