Royal Camu generally works just great as a mood balance if you are at the right dosage — for you. At 3 caps a day you are not taking even the smallest recommended dosage for mood balance support. So it doesn’t seem like a good idea to go running to another supplement. The minimum amount for most people is two caps (1/3) tsp. twice a day on an empty stomach – first thing in the morning and at about 3 or 4 p.m. Some people need 3 caps twice a day. Excellent!
I trust Whole World Botanicals brand. The owner travels to Central and South America to find legitimate sources for her products. And the producers are paid their fair share. Their website explains her excursions. Camu is a natural source of vitamin C.

The Best Form Of Vit C Available On The Planet
I have been taking royal Kamu for 17 years my kids have never been sick in school I've taken it for coronavirus I've taken it for toothache so open capsules and put it in tooth ache areas I've used topically on my face it is the best form of food-based vitamin C available and I highly recommend it

Good quality product, I have tried both the powder form and capsules. If you like sour, I would recommend the powder format as you can mix it with juice in the morning
