It is just vinyl, not like what you get issued in the military. If it is Hot and raining, you might as well not wear it. Because you will be hotter and just as wet from sweating. LOL Great ground cover or extra protection for your small tent or making a temporary shelter.

Everything checks out. Works great with nice fit, but the smell might kills you. If you purchase, give it a good wash and try to allow this product to air out for awhile. Over all value is good.
