Rothco Forced Entry Tactical Boot With Side Zipper & Composite Toe - 8 Inch

My husband loves these boots! The side zipper makes getting out of his boots at the end of a long day easy peasy, he loves that they are so tall and can be worn very tight on his leg. Now he doesn't have to dump pounds of gypsum out of his boots because none gets in. They are SO light compared to TONS of other boots. Let me tell you my husband has tried them all and these are without a doubt his favorite. Now if that doesn't sell it alone let ME rave about this company. Living in a world full of Walmarts and amazons and their dishonest “policies” it's pulling teeth to get them to do anything beyond selling their items. A little over a month after my husband got his boots he had to rush home close to 2 am to take our young son to the ER. He was in such a furious rush that when he arrived home he ripped out of his boots. One of the zippers decided that was its last straw and has still yet to be recovered. My husband was SAD sad to say the least and I didn't purchase any warranty so we thought that was the end of his feet being in bliss. I would have normally given up, not having the energy it takes to see most warranty replacements through, but I decided why not give it a shot. I sent a simple message explaining how it happened and hoping they would repair or have a replacement option for just the one boot he needed. I was quickly given a response simply asking for a picture. No purchase date, no order number, no name, no verification, no blood work lol just simply would you mind taking a photo for me. I did just that, sent two unprofessional photos of his zippler less zipper and was told they would see what could be done. LESS than a week later my husband was surprised (myself included) to have received a brand new pair of boots!!!! I was never asked for my address, to cover shipping, to return the defective boot and THEN he would get a replacement. Not a single thing on my end after that photo. My customer service rep and this company went above and beyond to satisfy us, it was so genuinely a heart touching gesture. We will forever shout it from out roof tops that ARMY NAVY USA IS the only place we will be supporting when it comes to my hubbies boots.
