Great adjustability
This is great if you wear necklaces with different charms. You can adjust the length. The only problem is that I have to readjust frequently throughout the day because it doesn't stay in place. The weight of your charm will pull it down. I still gave it 5 stars because the look and quality is great.

adjustment feature does not work
Beautiful chain however the reason I ordered it was for the ability to adjust the length. This does not work and I tried two of them. Replaced the first thinking it was just defective but the replacement also does not work. Slides to full length within an hour of wearing. Bummer.
