Instructions
Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place frozen meatballs in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 20-25 min. or untel hot. Oven temperatures may vary up to 75 degrees F; therefore, cooking times ay vary slightly. Stovetop: In a large covered saucepan, place frozen meatballs in your favorite sauce. Cook medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Microwave: (Heating instructions were tested in a 1200 watt microwave oven.) Place six (6) frozen meatvalls on a microwaveable dish. Heat on high (100%) power for 35-40 seconds or until hot. For every six (6) additional meatballs, add 40 seconds. Keep frozen.

the flavor is 100% accurate for swedish meatballs and reminds me of the swedish smorgasbord that my father would take me for lunch sometimes... The name on this product is misleading. I assumed that it would come with a sauce for the Swedish Meatballs. I did not expect the pasta. However, it's just a bag of meatballs. I guess the name is just a suggestion. The meatballs taste good, and I enjoyed them in various dishes, so I would recommend them for any dish that requires meatballs.

Tasty Scandinavian style meatballs.
Tastes similar to IKEA meatballs. Size and texture are normal and the taste is good. You can taste the herbs. Not as good as in Sweden, but a good substitute if you don't want to make your own and are far from the big blue box. Great with Canadian berry jam if you don't have Scandinavian.
