I really like that I only used less than a cap full and it lathered up so well i have tried so many different shampoos. trying to find one with no sodium or phosphate. found this one so far I have used it 3 times. so far I am impressed I have been having a problem with my hair falling out by the hand full's. since I started using Biotin i have noticed not as much hair in my brush . going to see if there is a Biotin conditioner and buy it too.
