Can Never Hear Other Callers
I don't know what is wrong with all phones anymore. All. Of. Them. My hearing is perfect; it's been tested. I cannot hear offices for doctors, customer service reps, and most calls. I can hear automated systems and personal calls. Now, I know everyone uses headsets and I know that really, the problem is with the headsets they are using. But, why can't I turn the volume for listening up any higher than 4 steps? I need two more steps to listen as I cannot hear a thing.
