I used it once a day before bed after washing my face on every blemish. My whole forehead had been breaking out and i also had some minor hormonal acne. I noticed an improvement in one night, and now it's a week or so later and I'm completely clear. Like, WHAT! Completely clear? Amazing. I'm noticing my skin is a little dry right now and that's probably why, but I'll take it easily over what acne I had. I also have sensitive skin so maybe others wouldn't have that problem.
