Feels soft although I'm not sure how soft Angels are. Mine are probably pretty rough so softer than my angels I'm sure It's not bad for the price, but don't expect butt-spa luxury. Strength? Rips stronger than most cheapos, so no sad confetti shower mid-wipe. Rip quality beats the flimsy stuff that shreds like wet paper towels. It's a solid Walmart steal if you're not fancy.

It's easy to get rattled when trying to buy toilet paper with the new super rolls, double rolls, and ultra. All of which is designed to keep you from comparing the price. You get the most toilet paper for the price when you buy the 9 mega roll pack. Even if you buy the bulk pack of the same brand, it is better to buy several 9-roll packs instead. The toilet paper is 2 ply and thick enough so you don't have issues with leakage, and smooth enough that you don't get a bum full of fuzzies.
