OVEN: Preheat 375°F. Leave film on tray, do not vent. Place tray on a baking sheet, center rack. Cook 70 minutes.* Uncover, continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes (TOTAL cook time 80 minutes*). Remove baking sheet from oven. Let stand 5 minutes.MICRO-BAKE INSTRUCTIONS: Leave film on tray, do not vent. Cook in microwave on High for 15 minutes. Place tray on a baking sheet in pre-heated oven on center rack. Cook for 25 minutes. Remove baking sheet from oven and let stand 5 minutes.

Great for a quick prep family meal has enough meat cheese sauce and noodles ratio to make it tasty. Just wish it had microwave directions only instead of oven and the oven/microwave combo mode some of us just wanna pop it in our microwave and go we're tired.
