Disappointing quality

It would be a nice-looking cargo rack, except it appears to be rusting at all of the welded joints and has been installed on my vehicle only about a week. Also on of the pieces that slides into another (for assembly) was bent making it near impossible to assemble. Considering uninstalling it and returning to vendor due to disappointing quality. It shouldn't be rusting already.
