For a single heavy bike perfect.
It works just fine for my 50 lb e bike. It is extremely secure and safe. Only advice would be to remove any loose attachment on bike before putting on the hitch. I lost a rear light because of the bumps in the pavement. But, very satisfied overall.

Not a 2-bike carrier as advertised
Not a 2-bike carrier. Item 59307 carries 1 bike. Item 59310 Add-on is required for a second bike. That add-on is not available and sone retailers show it as discontinued. Others show out of stock, costing $170 - $230.
