Always a Signal Interferes with HDMI autoswitching

It's okay if you don't have an HDMI switch that has an autoswitch feature. This Roku device always puts out a signal that interferes with an HDMI autoswitch feature if you want this as an input to the switch. That is, if you have several inputs into an HDMI switch that autoswitches to the active input, this Roku will interfere with it and the autoswitch won't properly work. I see no way to turn off the Roku to disable that interference. I also don't like the ads or the inability to see what programs charge a fee before taking the time to review the program and select it. Otherwise, it's okay.

Like roku, but this one has some overheating issue

This is my 3rd roku, I have the premium and the ultra which are both set top ones that I can run Ethernet too. I decided to go with the one that plugs into the tv this go around being in the bedroom. The tv sits on top of our dresser and is not enclosed and for whatever reason gets the overheating message within the first 30 minutes of being powered on. There is no obstructions or anything blocking it. We are hoping the free extender solves the issue or we may have to return it and get something else. Otherwise

Great Features

I've only had the streaming stick for a couple weeks and we love it , it's so much better than my old one . Only reason I'm giving it a 3 star rating is because it gets so hot ! It came across the screen that it was overheating so I had to unplug it , I've ordered the free hdmi extender and I hope that fixes the problem, if so I'd give it a 10 star rating if I could !
