The USS8 is an all in one solution to give you great sounding bass in yourvehicle without taking up a ton of space. This sub enclosure is only 2.9" thickso that it can easily fit under your seat. The amplifier is built in, soinstallation and wiring is easy and clean. This is a true all in one subwoofersystem with the sub in the enclosure, and a top of the line amp built in.
We wanted to truly make installation a breeze so we designed this unit with theuser in mind from start to finish. We added high level inputs so you can installthis to an aftermarket or factory system. The high level input allows you toinstall this even if you have no preamp outputs available.
The smart turn-on circuit will sense that an audio signal is present and turn onthe amplifier. When you turn off your music signal the amplifier built into thissubwoofer system will automatically turn itself off.
Another thing we did to make installation a breeze is we put all the inputs andoutputs on one side. This makes wiring neater and easier. Our competitor’smodels are more challenging to install.
The USS8 has 600 watts of peak power and 150 watts RMS. This model is CEA-2006compliant which means the ratings are approved by a 3rd party so you can be 100%sure that this item will produce the power it says it will. This is one of theonly slim under seat subs on the market that is CEA compliant. Do not get fooledby other brands who write bogus power ratings that do not comply with anyindustry standard. This has amazing controls so you can tweak the sound to your liking. It has alevel control for the volume and subsonic filter to filter out the really lowfrequencies that the human ear can not hear. This also has a low pass crossoverfilter, phase control, input sensitivity, and bass boost.
