Hummus, chopping walnuts, slicing vegetables, muffins and the list goes on. Easy to assemble, easy to clean, and sits comfortably in a corner on my bench. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my old faithful kitchenaid processor which I'd had and used daily for 15 years. I love that this machine has the functions of the original processor but without the bulky box of attachments. Everything fits snugly into the bowl, even the dicer which was a separate large attachment. Takes up less bench space and cupboard space without compromising performance.
