Easy to clean
My favorite blender. After 2 years of regular use the motor has died. I'm disappointed that I can't get into the motor and replace the bad parts. I also would love to find just the base to replace, instead of the whole unit, but I will be getting this again.

Power house- but needs replacement
I have used this daily since January 2018- but the bottom of the blade unit has rusted and the lower piece that fits into the base housing sheared off. How do I find a replacement part for this model? Otherwise, this is a good blender. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Frustrated Trying to Fix
I love this blender but the jar base of our blender broke. I can't find a replacement. I have the manual but sadly, I didn't keep my receipt to know if it's less than 2 years old. I did see one jar base replacement but it said it was out of stock. Do I need to toss a perfectly good blender? I sure hope not--it's so against my nature to throw away such a good blender. Many thanks for any help you can offer.
