Stores should wait longer to ask for reviews. I've had this a couple of weeks but only needed to use both lighter ports once, and have not needed the USP port yet. Daily, I use one lighter port and it's been fine. I purchased this splitter because it does not have cords that can fray and break. I took off one star because it would be better if it swiveled the opposite direction - up and out of the way.
