Durable
I've been using Always pads forever, and they're super comfy and quiet, unlike those "diaper" ones. My skin's pretty sensitive, so a lot of materials bug me, but these pads have been totally fine. They're seriously durable! I have endometriosis, so I change pads a lot more than most people, but I've never had any leaks. They're the perfect size too. The only thing is, sometimes I have trouble with the wings and the adhesive, which you'd think they'd have fixed by now. But overall, these pads are durable and a great value.

Doesn't give you a rash
These Always Ultra Thin Size 1 pads are fantastic for everyday leak protection. I love that they are so thin and discreet, making them incredibly comfortable to wear. The leak-proof core provides a great sense of security, so I can go about my day without any worries. Plus, the fact that they're unscented is a huge bonus—I can't stand pads with fragrance! Most importantly, these pads are gentle on my sensitive skin. I've had issues with other brands causing irritation, but these keep me feeling fresh and rash-free. If you're looking for a reliable, comfortable, and discreet pad, these are a perfect choice.

Very comfortable and reliable
These pads are extremely reliable I use them every month and I've had no problems and I'm quite a heavy bleeder! There is no smell that comes from them all round a great product! They're really comfortable the texture you hardly feel! I don't find they move much whilst wearing either!
