I did my research to determine which model air purifier I wanted. First time buyer for a air purifier and this one seems to be so far exactly as described. It's very intuitive to use. You basically just pick your sand speed, and whether you want it on sleep mode or you want to set a timer your choice. I ran it the past 3 days since I've received it 24/7 and when I check the filter out of curiosity they're indeed was quite a bit of dust and pollen and water or else floats around in the air on the filter so it's doing its job it's easy setup what more could you want

Effective, removes lingering odors, can be loud

This isn't as quiet as Winix but actually seems slightly more effective at removing lingering odors. It's just a bit loud when turned up to 2 or 3 fan speed, but can be ran like that temporarily. We got one for each room, and when a smell comes in (smoke, cooking, etc.), we crank them up to 3 and the smell goes away within an hour. Cooking smells would linger for 12 hours before we got these, now we can get rid of them in an hour or so. Great if you hate lingering smells and stale air.

I had reservations about this air purifier based on some of the reviews. I took a chance and I am glad that I did. It does take a little while to get any funky smells out of a room. Roughly three hours BUT I use mine in a 900 sq ft apartment because my upstairs neighbor has a cat that smells terrible the ammonia stench is awful. This air purifier works wonders for that! I also noticed that I don't have to dust as often as I used to. The purifier is a little noisy on the highest fan setting but I will take a little noise over rot gut neighbor smell any day!!!!
