Anything "Nature Made" is your best bet in the world of unregulated supplements, as they are certified and recommended. That said, and I just learned this, when using "biotin" in any vitamin/supplement - be sure if you are getting a blood test to STOP taking anything that contains biotin when getting bloodtests - because it can "affect results" of same. I've heard about 1 week prior to a bloodtest, stop the biotin. I was only recently told this by a PC dr. that is diligent, never by any previous ones, and had to run across this info by accident in a good credible medical article I happened to read. And the info has been out for EONS. And even the blood labs, neglect to ask or mention this.
