the instructions were not accurate. ine part it showed did not look like the part that we had, but it was the correct part. the instructions shoul have been more detailed. instead of assuming the customre knows what to do, there should have been specific details. Most importantly- there should be a small foot rest for the riders on the back. They have to hold there feet up. when reversing, if their foot were to slide down, it could possibly get ran over and broken. Besides those 2 things, the product is FABULOUS!! the grandbabies love it!!! trying to figure out how to put some kind of foot rest on the back so the kids do not get hurt.
