Super easy to set up. I recommend laying out all the pieces, especially the hardware, using the key as some of the screws are not labeled, but after doing that it was very simple to set up. The material is a good quality wood and it looks so cute paired with all 4 sets (I had to get it all because the price point was great and it looks so cute). My kids (ages 2 and 5) love playing with it.
