I struggle to find Gluten Free items that taste good and have a good texture. These hit the spot!!! My favorite way to have these is with a mug of coffee or tea. Perfect afternoon treat without being too sweet. I will also pack one in my pack if I'm going out hiking as they are a great little pick me up!!

Tasty source of fiber - can one exist?

Great %26 easy source for fiber - who says fiber intake can't be fun! Tried one of these in an Amtrak lounge some time ago and have been ordering them since. A tasty source for fiber does exist! I do one of these each day to supp my other sources. Would be nice if they came in a larger count at reduced per piece cost - only think different one would want. Highly recommend.

would have been better without FedEx

I would recommend this item all day long but I do not recommend it being shipped with FedEx. FedEx for me, I watch them throw it into my sunroom and when I was able to finally get them a couple of them were crumbling where they had been thrown into the room. it was sad because I actually enjoy these cookies. when you've got crumbles that are falling out all over you, it's not fun. The cookie itself is a wonderful texture, the taste is great. it's not too sweet. there's just the right amount. however I do wish that the caramel was not sticking out the sides of the cookies because it makes it very hard to get them off of the foil wrapper. other than that they're great..
