Great %26 easy source for fiber - who says fiber intake can't be fun! Tried one of these in an Amtrak lounge some time ago and have been ordering them since. A tasty source for fiber does exist! I do one of these each day to supp my other sources. Would be nice if they came in a larger count at reduced per piece cost - only think different one would want. Highly recommend.

I struggle to find Gluten Free items that taste good and have a good texture. These hit the spot!!! My favorite way to have these is with a mug of coffee or tea.
