18-year-old tankless replaced

Our old Rinnai was 18 years old when it finally was replaced with a new model. It was still working, but would stop heating periodically. I love the new model because the exhaust gases are not as hot as the old original one was. The new unit is more efficient as well.

Great system

The compact size is a plus, no one has run out of hot water, I got some space back in the garage, & real happy with the purchase, recommended by the installer, who told us Rinnai has workshops with the installers where they dismantle the products to learn about them. So if I ever do need to have it worked on... they'll be ready. The best compliment I can give is: I don't have to give the hot water a second thought!
