I recently bought a blue Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal and only used it a few times. When I tried to extend it, it was impossible to do so. This has happened when I bought one before. Why do you make it impossible to lengthen? Please explain if there is a way to lengthen it.

Unusable

I bought the brown a month ago. Loved it till I tried to sharpen it. I have three sharpeners which work well on my other products and still do but not on this super tough pencil. Silly me bought another sharpener after looking online so wasted more money as still results in splintery unusable pencil. So disappointed particularly when now reading the reviews and your reply is always get a sharper bladed sharpener! This product should not be on the shelves!

Awful .. DO NOT BUY ..

Absolutely dreadful item. Impossible to sharpen without leaving splinters which are potentially dangerous. Unfortunately I bought this before reading the reviews. How this Kohl pencil got beyond testing and into production is beyond me !
