Worst FUL bag ever!

I have purchased several FUL bags over the years, from Costco and other stores and they have been durable and reliable. I decided to purchase one from the FUL website for my child and as soon as I received it I noticed the zipper was malfunctioning and the bag was not standing up correctly. My child used it for the first time on a flight three days ago and the zipper kept opening up even though the bad was not completely full. We had to wrap it in plastic foil to prevent clothes/shoes from falling out. Just awful and disappointing! Why would FUL sell a defective item?!

Nobody should ever buy this bag. Ful used to be a good product but this thing was paper thin and the zipper broke on the airplane and we lost $800 worth of personal property. Will be returning.
