Been using this for about a year. Noticeable change is breathing capacity. Holding breath is improved, when snorkeling. Also had a nodule in lung x ray which is now gone. Annual screening (former smoker) was clear and good. Alot of other healthy life style choices but this is my lung and breathing supplement.
