These are my go-to when my throat starts feeling scratchy. The honey-lemon combo is super soothing and actually tastes pretty good—not too medicinal. The echinacea and herbs give it that extra “maybe this will help my immune system” vibe. They last a decent while in your mouth and the little bag fits in any pocket or bag.
