I bought this for my mother. She is on blood thinner and oxygen dependent. In the winter she has been having some severe nose bleeds. She also has dry nasal passages from the oxygen. This product combo has definately helped with the dryness and she has only had one slight bleed since I bought this. I think you can't go wrong with this if you have similiar issues.
