I just bought this surge protector to use with my computer. I had another model made by another company before, which seems to be doing great until it's on and off button switch began malfunctioning. Upon googling which surge protector to buy next to replace my old one, I stumbled upon this product Tripp lite, which to me at the time was something I wasn't familiar with at all, having used competing more well-known models for the most part. I have a lot of electronic gadgets around my Computer, like speakers, printer and of course my PC. Since I first used it, I have had no problem at all with any of those things. The on/off switch was also a lot better than my old surge protector which can't be turned-off anymore, no matter how many times I tried. So yep this is definitely a step up from my previous surge protector. Very happy with this purchase

Happy so far w/ my new Tripp-Lite surge protector. Very well made, plenty of room to plug everything in, and a great warranty to back everything up. Yes, they might cost a little more, but it just doesn't make sense to go cheap on an item like this. No problems here.
