Was damaged before it was shipped to me.

ball was packaged nice , but was damaged before they packaged it. I'm guessing it was dropped hard on concrete. Very disappointed. I spent a lot of money on Curt products over the yrs, Just recently bought a Curt weight distribution hitch, Needed the ball yet to pull camper next week. Is it worth the trouble to return ? Also don't want ball chewing up my hitch either. Not sure if I want to order online anymore?
