The go to roof product

I've used this several times on roofing jobs when installing caps and vents. Very high quality and I haven't had any issue with it so far. I would def recommend.

Good Overall Sealant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sealant is excellent for filling in those small cracks and gaps. It has a small open time which is good especially if you are trying to seal something up quickly. There's a range of temperatures you can use it in which is good on our climate. It will cure in a few days and has excellent water resistance. I like that it's UV resistant and, in our experience, it does hold up nicely.

Fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seals really really well. It's super easy to apply. It covers holes totally and perfectly. Makes it so zero water goes in now. Covers a pretty large area with one tube. I'm super happy with this product.
