K&N Engine Air Filter: High Performance, Premium, Washable, Replacement Filter: 2008-2015 Cadillac CTS and CTS-V, 33-2411

I'm driving a 2014 Cadillac CTS-V. This car is a supercharged 6.2 liter, so it's basically a huge air pump. All the performance sites recommend the K&N high-flow air filter, so I thought I'd give it a try. Aftermarket performance companies are notorious for over-marketing, so I set my expectations low. Big mistake! I didn't expect this much improvement over the stock paper filter, but I can feel the punch of the K&N filter thoughout the rpm range. Previously the CTS-V would accelerate to 120 mph with a half-hearted gas pedal on a stretch of highway I travel regularly. After the K&N that same procedure yields 150 mph! At high rpms the filter really shows it's stuff, but the engine clearly breathes better even at low rpm. Nice work K&N! It's great to find a performance product that lives up to its claims.

Hi K&N, I don't care what people say about all air filters being the same. It is a load of rubbish. However, If I did not see it with my own eyes, I would not have believed it. Since I have installed it on my VE 2011 Holden Berlina 3.0 Liter SIDI Engine, my throttle and acceleration has improved dramatically and have gained more power. Thanks K&N and keep up the good work.
