1. Ensure the skin is clean, dry and free of creams and oils. Remove backing film marked "STEP 1" and place center (adhesive side down) over bunion. 2. Remove backing film marked "STEP 2", remove blue tab and firmly smooth down adhesive edge to skin. 3. Replace when strip begins to loosen.

I do a lot of walking while delivering the mail and I have terrible bunions. These are getting hard to find in the stores. Thank goodness I'm still able to get these. I would have blisters on my bunions if I didn't use these.

Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the bunion cushions recently when our family went to a theme park with a ton of walking. I will tell you I would have not made it through the day without these. My feet did not hurt one bit! Great product highly reccomend!
